In The Workshop Ponsonby we feel connected to and part of a larger supportive environment. As our NZ team is remote from our main office in Sydney, Australia, it’s important that we’re able to surround ourselves in a workplace that has good amenities, great energy, and even better people. Previous work places we’ve viewed didn’t have the same warm welcoming feel, they didn’t have many organised office activities such as lunches, presentations, and boardgames nights that help drive relationships with the other people in the coworking space with us.
We’ve hugely benefited from the flexibility of being able to work from home or in the office as we need, we’ve benefitted from having a bright open space to work in with natural sunlight, we’ve benefitted massively from the provided meeting rooms and phone booth pods, we’ve benefited from the networking opportunities that present themselves in the people around us, and not to mention the large benefits of all the delicious food options for team lunches that are a stone throw away! All in all, we love being at the Workshop Ponsonby and haven’t considered looking anywhere since we moved in.
